My name is Mark Russell, and I had the privilege of playing professional rugby for London Harlequins and Blackheath during the 1990s.

I achieved representative honours with teams in both England and South Africa.

My rugby career took me around the world, where I competed at the highest level in front of large audiences at some of the most renowned stadiums, with matches broadcast live on television.

I faced the intense pressures and demands of elite-level sports, savouring the exhilarating highs and enduring the challenging lows. Through the school of 'hard knocks,' I refined my mental game skills.

During my career, I never had access to a mental skills coach - a resource I genuinely wish had been available!

My extensive background as a professional athlete and performance coach and my specialised training in mental skills coaching uniquely equip me to help athletes master their mental game and reach peak performance.
